Photo Booth Hire

How the Photo Booth Works

The Simply Beloved Photo Booth is designed to fit up to 10 people in a photo. This allows for single, couples or group photos to be taken with ease.

Touching the screen starts a photo session where guests can see a ‘live view’ before photos are taken.

Guests can then choose a filter to be applied before it is shared and printed out from the wooden ‘crates’.

Setup & Access

We plan to arrive 1.5 hours prior to the start time to unload and setup but can also set up earlier if needed.

We require roughly 2m x 2.5m floor space plus 1 table for the props and guest book.

Access isn’t a problem with the design of the Simply Beloved Photo Booth.

Attendant

An attendant will be available to assist guests, keep the area tidy and re-fill the printer when empty.

Prints

Prints will be provided as Strips or a Postcard (available upgrade). Each session prints 2 copies, one for the guest and one for the guest book.

An additional set of prints is also available as an upgrade.

Backdrop

We have a selection of backdrops to choose from that include White Petal, White Rosette, Gold Sequin, Silver Sequin, a Flower Wall or a Custom Printed Fabric.

Props & Guest Book

A mixed props box is included free with all bookings. Custom props can be created upon request.

A guest book is included in our Silver, Gold and Platinum packages and could also be added to our Bronze package if required.

Delivery

We offer free delivery up to 60 miles from our London location. Events further away will be subject to a small fee added to your quote.

Photo Booth Gallery

We use a studio flash and DSLR cameras for excellent photo quality. An online gallery is provided free of charge 48 hours after the event date. This will allow you and your guests to share and download the photos taken throughout the event.

Deposit & Payments

We require a deposit of £100 to secure your booking with the remaining balance to be cleared before the event date. We currently accept payments via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe) or PayPal.

Insurance

We have a £10mil Public Liability Insurance.

Wedding Photography

How the Wedding Photography Works

We offer a free consultation to find out what style of photography would best suit you at your wedding. This could be an unobtrusive approach, well organised posed shots, documentary coverage, candid/traditional/intimate shots or a mixture of everything.

 

On event day, we’ll arrive on-time and introduce ourselves so that you and your guests are comfortable and relaxed.

Travel

We will travel to each location via a standard sized car and will require any appropriate parking.

Alternatively, we are more than happy to travel via public transport, taxi/uber or directly with you or your guests.

Photo Delivery & Gallery

We edit each individual photo using professional grade equipment with 100% sRGB colour accurate monitors. Photos will be delivered in Colour and B&W versions via DVD or USB.

 

An Online Gallery with Slideshow will also be available that includes free high resolution downloads for friends and family.
